Action Fuel Injection rebuilds all makes of fuel injection pumps. Our technicians are factory trained to ensure that you receive the best quality rebuild available. Injection pumps are stripped, cleaned, inspected, reassembled with new OEM parts and calibrated to factory specification. Most injection pumps will take 2-5 business days to complete depending on the availability of parts, and same day emergency repairs are possible considering the availability of on hand parts. Action Fuel Injection also stocks selected exchange injection pumps.

Action fuel injection tests, and rebuilds all makes of diesel fuel injectors. Our technicians are factory trained, so you can be sure that you will receive the best quality work available. Injectors are tested, disassembled, cleaned, inspected, reassembled, calibrated and tested to factory specification. Testing can usually be done the same day, and any repairs will be completed in 1-5 business days depending on the availability of parts. Gas Injectors

Action Fuel Injection services gasoline injectors using the Asnu diagnostic and servicing test bench. Most gas injectors can be service for same or next day pick up. We also stock installation hardware for re-installation of most gasoline fuel systems.

Drive-In Service

Action Fuel Injection has a drive in bay facility. We can re and re most injection pumps and injectors from diesel powered passenger vehicles, heavy duty, industrial and marine diesel applications. Our technicians are able to re and re on site as well. Please contact us for details.

About Us

Action Fuel Injection has been serving the fuel injection service needs of Vancouver Island for over 30 years. It first opened it's doors in 1976 and since 1983 has been run by Lloyd Henriques. Over the years Action has grown to a four-man technician crew in 2000 sq ft. of space.
