About Us
Welcome to Mira Loma the home of Valley’s Parts Distribution Center. The Mira Loma facility opened in July 1994 and has 50,000 sq. ft. of parts, service and office space sitting on 5.8 acres. With over $6.5 million in parts inventory, our factory trained parts personnel are available to assist you in specifying the correct Genuine or factory remanufactured part. Through our distributor network, we can even track down that hard-to-find part or component. In other words, if we don’t have it, we can find it!
Mira Loma’s service shop serves the on-highway owner/operators, local fleets, fire and emergency vehicles, transits and school bus customers. Our service department follows the WheelTime Promise of fixing the vehicle right the first time and backing that repair by the WheelTime nationwide Quality Truck Care Guarantee. We also provide 24/7 emergency parts and service support to assure that when you need us, we are there for you.
Mira Loma is also home to our field service group that handles all engine, transmission and power generation field service calls. Our factory–trained technicians offer on-highway support, power generation installations, preventative maintenance, testing and repair of transfer switches and paralleling switchgear, and emission and noise analysis. Our field service group is also available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for any emergency situation.
Valley’s state-of-the-art training center is located at the Mira Loma facility. Classes are open to authorized dealers, fleets and independent mechanics and provide the most up-to-date training on Allison Transmission, Detroit Diesel, DEUTZ and MTU products. Mira Loma is also home for our export parts division, EMD parts and sales groups and our new parts call center.
