Cullen Diesel Power has parts and service facilities with highly trained technicians capable of on-site repairs for all types of engines including Detroit Diesel Electronic engines and MTU MDEC and ADEC engines. Our technicians are also trained in field repairs for both on highway and off highway engines like the on highway series 60, series 50, MBE 900, MBE 4000, and the off highway series 2000 and series 4000 4 cycle engines. In addition Cullen Diesel Power is prepared in all of its locations to service the new DD13, DD15 and DD16 engines installed in the new Freightliners and Western Stars. Parts

Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. has a well trained and dedicated staff of professional parts men using state of the art tools. All parts men can access the total company inventory in all branches. Factory parts stock orders are sent electronically for twice weekly truck shipments and daily air orders. Emergency orders are shipped the same day with delivery to a Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. branch the following day.

We have parts for all types of vehicles including transport trucks, coaches and transit buses. Special parts stocking requests to meet customer's requirements are routinely accommodated. Some of these special requests include U.S. dollar invoicing, consignment inventories, customer inventory and ordering coordination, special exchange part inventories, storage of customer owned support engines, etc.

Service

An experienced team of service personnel provides factory-trained service, both in-house/field repairs and on-site, for all products we distribute. This includes all on highway and off highway engines. Service capabilities and activities range from routine inspection and maintenance through to complete overhauls. Service work encompasses - automotive engines and transmissions, power generation systems and controls, marine propulsion, marine gearboxes and marine electrical generation equipment, industrial engine and transmission products, like the MTU series 2000 and series 4000 off highway engines and special equipment applications.

Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. has 30 field service repair trucks equipped with the necessary tools to provide service anywhere in B.C.  The field mechanics can be dispatched 24 hours a day directly to the job site. The field mechanics can be dispatched 24 hours a day directly to the job site.

We also have trained and experienced technicians to service and maintain mine haul trucks from such well known names as Bucyrus mining.

Re-manufacture and Overhaul

Products are supported by full overhaul and test facilities for engines and transmissions. Many components are remanufactured in-house to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. Where in-house component manufacturing is not practical, components are sourced from DDC or authorized remanufacture centers. Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. completes overhauls to "as-new condition", including dynamometer testing and painting for the entire product range.
