Services

Drive-in diagnostic & repair service

We can perform a scan and diagnosis of modern automotive & light truck electronic engine management systems, both on road and in shop, using state of the art diagnostic software and hardware. Based on the diagnostics, we can advise you on the most effective repair options, and if requested, our technicians can perform indicated repairs. We also Remove & Replace injector pumps, injectors, turbochargers etc.

Repair service

Bring us your worn injection system components and we will refurbish them to your specifications. Testing service Injectors and pumps can be flow tested to ensure proper performance prior to installation.

Injection Pump & Fuel Injector Repair

We are experts in diagnosing your injection problem, including the newer Electronically controlled systems. We can provide repair services to virtually all makes of injectors and pumps. We also provide drive-in service. Most services include industry standard 12 month, 20,000 Km warranty.

Our professionally trained technicians are able to repair or rebuild most brands of diesel injection pumps and injectors. We are authorized service dealers for Bosch, Stanadyne, Zexel, Denso and Delphi (formerly Lucas/CAV) We have a large stock of common parts on hand to help provide a quicker turn-around and reduce down-time.

Exchange Units

We stock a variety of exchange injectors, pumps and turbochargers for Dodge-Cummins 5.9 & 6.7, GM 6.2, 6.5, & Duramax, Ford 6.9/7.3 IDI, 7.3 & 6.0 Powerstrokes. This will minimize your downtime.

Filters & Lubricants

We stock fuel filters for many applications, plus a selection Racor filters. We have Diesel fuel additives for the new ULSD (Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel), including Stanadyne Performance Formula to extend the life of your fuel system and enhance performance.

Parts

We stock and extensive line of feed pumps, electronic sensors, glow plugs and controllers, as well as wiring harnesses and valve cover gaskets for Powerstrokes. If we don't have it, we know where to get it for you. Star Tech Diesel is now a dealer for S&B Air Filter products. S&B filters flow up to 48.2% better than stock while still stopping 99.81% of the dirt. Cold air kits are available with either cleanable 8 ply cotton elements or dry replaceable elements.
