We specialize in the delivery of diesel fuel from the tank to the engine. However, as technology changes, so do we. We are the ONLY shop in BC that can test almost every mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic injector in production today. Ford 7.3 & 6.0, Navistar VT275 & VT365, Navistar DT466 and I530 – we test all these injectors. In 2014 we took delivery of the first Bosch EPS205 bench tester in Western Canada. This machine is the first and only WARRANTY APPROVED desktop style bench test for Bosch Common Rail Injectors. These injectors are found on GMC/Chev Duramax since 2001, Dodge/Cummins since 2003, and Ford 6.7 since 2011. Don’t take a chance on testing that isn’t Bosch approved — Bosch built the injector, and only the Bosch bench can accurately test the injector to their tight tolerances.

Of course, while we keep up the the very latest technology, we also test, rebuild, and sell all conventional fuel injection pumps and injectors, along with the hybrid systems (mechanical injection, electronic governing) found on Volkswagen TDI (VP36/37), Dodge/Cummins (98-02 VP44), John Deere, Cummins, Mack, Volvo Penta, VM Motori, and many other engines too.

RHD owners – don’t be mislead – installing new gaskets and seals in an injection pump does not constitute a rebuild. While this may stop your leak in the short term, it is the careful analysis & replacement of worn parts, along with calibration back to factory specifications is what saves you money in the long term. Rebuild and Calibration = more power, less smoke, better starting, better fuel economy.

Testing

Testing = saving money: replace only what is needed. Gone are the days of treating injectors like spark plugs. 10+ years ago, when injectors were $30 each, you could afford to replace injectors in sets of 6 or 8, and throw away the good with the bad. Nowadays many injectors are $300 each, or more. An investment in testing helps you make an informed decision when contemplating injector replacement. Sometimes an entire set still makes sense, but often there’s only 1 or 2 bad ones in a set.

Bosch provides the common rail fuel system to many Original Equipment Manufacturers and with 68% of the diesel marketplace Bosch now leads the world providing quality common-rail fuel systems. The common rail system is a major advancement in diesel technology. Bosch launched its common rail system for passenger car diesel engines in 1997, which provides diesel engines with quieter performance, improved fuel economy, higher torque, and lower emissions.

Bosch approved testing of common rail (solenoid-style or piezo-style) injectors duplicates realistic operating conditions to properly and accurately evaluate injector performance.

AVM2-PCAVM2 – PC Test Bench – Advanced Video Metering

The AVM2-PC is an advanced personal computer-based diesel fuel pump test bench, designed to save you time. Compared with alternative test benches, the time saving can be as much as fifty per cent. This bench also tests CP3 Common Rail pumps, along with Denso HP common rail pumps, in addition to all conventional products.

ASNU will test all makes of gasoline injectors. If you need to know if your injectors are functioning properly, we can test & clean them for you.

H.I. 2000 HEUIH.I. 2000 HEUI Injector Test Stand

The H.I. 2000 HEUI Injector Test Stand, introduced in the spring of 2000, was developed to meet the industry demand for testing of 7.3 & 6.0 Powerstroke, Navistar 444E, DT466E, and DT530E injectors. This test stand is capable of testing 1 to 4 injectors, and will flush each injector taken from the engine for testing. Advanced features include a selectable stroke counter, digital temperature monitoring, upper and lower poppet valve seat testing, adjustable RPM, pulse width, and control pressure.

Rebuilding

We rebuild & test all major manufacturers of injection pumps, and are factory authorized by the manufacturers. This means we have the latest tooling, training, service bulletins, and information to do the job right the first time.

NW Diesel Injection has three divisions: NW Fuel Injection shop, NW Diesel Service, and Island Diesel Service on Vancouver BC.

NW Diesel Service – our vehicle repair department has grown so much over the years, we’ve moved into a separate building just around the corner from our injection shop! Everything from oil changes, basic maintenance, tire/wheel packages, lift kits, and brake jobs right to complete engine replacements, head gasket upgrades, and everything in between.
