We at Fred Holmes can provide:

• Reconditioning and repair of fuel systems to OE specifications using genuine parts.
• Calibrating and testing of fuel injection components to OE specifications for optimum engine performance.
• We service both two (2) and four (4) cycle fuel systems used in ships and power plants.
• Our technicians are factory trained and provide design, installations and maintenance services for all major products.

Fred Holmes Fuel Injection rebuilds, reconditions, tests, and calibrates all pumps and injectors made by all deep sea manufactures like Wartsila, MAK, MAN (B&W), L’orange, Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Deutz, Diahatshu, and others.  We use original equipment and parts in all of our rebuilds. When possible offer a reconditioned part that meets OE specification to keep the cost to the end user as low as possible. In some cases where delivery time for parts is too long or the part is no longer available, we will recondition old parts and get the customer back on track ASAP.

All repairs big or small are discussed with customer prior to overhaul. All pumps and injectors are calibrated to OE specifications. Our work is guided by our QA procedures. All service work and test results are carefully documented in detailed service report. All units are painted and labeled for clear identification along with work order numbers.
