Victoria Mack is a division of Mack Sales & Service of Nanaimo Ltd.

To serve our customers better we have extended our hours, we are now open from 7AM to 9PM Tuesdays thru Fridays and we are open from 7AM to 3:30PM Saturdays & Mondays.

Service

With two large pull thru service bays and four heavy duty mechanics, Victoria Mack has what it takes to tackle any job that you might need performed including rebuilding transmissions, overhauling engines, fleet maintenance and commercial vehicle inspections.

Parts

Victoria Mack has a well stocked parts department sporting a full array of Mack authorized truck parts. We can also access heavy truck and heavy equipment parts for many other brands including; Volvo, International, Kenworth, Peterbuilt, Western Star, Freightliner, Langfab, K-Line, Nahanni, Multicat, Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel and Allison.

Our staff is friendly and hard working with vast amounts of experience, for example our service manager and head mechanic Richard Taylor has over 25 years experience as a heavy duty mechanic and has worked for the owner Richard Mayer for almost his entire career. Also our parts manager Glenn Armstrong has over 20 years experience and our branch manager Dan Sarauer has over 35 years experience in the trucking industry.

Founded in 2001, Mack Sales & Service of Nanaimo Ltd. is a full line dealer for new Mack Trucks and sells, services and supplies parts for any type of used trucks and trailers on Vancouver Island.
We have our head office located in Nanaimo B.C. with a satellite branch in Victoria and numerous sub-dealers located throughout the rest of Vancouver Island!
